Do you ship worldwide?

We don't ship worldwide (yet).
We currently ship from Belgium to most countries in the EU. It is possible to order outside the EU through our Etsy shop: Liglinister

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depinding on the country. All orders are send with your local postal company and are provided with a tracing number.

  • Belgium: €5.90
    FREE shipping for orders above €100
  • Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg: €9.90
    FREE shipping for orders above €130
  • France: €13.90
    FREE shipping for orders above €130
  • Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Poland and Sweden: €27.90
    FREE shipping for orders above €175

We currently do not ship to countries other than the ones listed above. Please contact us if you'd like to buy our products from any country not listed above.

How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?

Thank you for your order!
Since everything is made in small batches, your shipping confirmation comes one or two days after your order confirmation. This means your package is all done and it's time for me to get on my bike and drop it off at the postal office!

Packages to Belgium usually arrive at their destination within 24-48 hours after they are sent. Within Europe the delivery time differs between 2-5 days.

Packages to the United States and Canada arrive at their destination between 5-15 days after they have been sent.

Can I track my order?

You can always see where your package is located through the link in your shipping confirmation.

How do I edit my order?

If you didn’t get your shipping confirmation yet, you can send us an email with the question to change or cancel your order. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel it.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can place your order with Paypal, Bancontact, iDeal, Maestro, Mastercard, visa, Apple and Google pay.

Can I buy or pick up my products instore?

Unfortunately we don't have a physical store (yet).
